It's a castable resin for dental labs used in investment casting and ceramic pressing. You print your pattern, invest it, burn it out, then cast metal or press ceramic into the clean cavity. Works for crowns, bridges, veneers, RPD frameworks, and ceramic press substructures.

It works with DLP and LCD printers operating at 385nm or 405nm wavelengths the two most common in dental labs today. No special equipment needed. If your printer runs at either wavelength, you're good to go.

The red colour makes it easier to inspect printed patterns before investment. The contrast helps you spot margin issues, surface defects, or fine detail problems before the resin goes into the furnace saving material and time. It has no effect on burnout or casting performance.

It means the resin eliminates completely in the furnace no carbon residue, no contamination inside the mould. Other resins can leave behind ash that causes porosity or surface defects in the final casting. With VeriCAST Red, what comes out of the burnout is a clean, precise cavity ready to cast or press into.

Yes. VeriCAST Red handles both workflows. It burns out cleanly for metal casting and eliminates without contamination for ceramic pressing including lithium disilicate. Many labs run it across both without changing their burnout schedule.
