10 mm
The 10 mm disc is the entry size, best for single crowns and short bridges where your case mix runs small.
TT-One Multilayer zirconia offers a seamless gradient of chroma in a versatile material that can be used for all indications.

TT One Multilayer Zirconia is Upcera’s 4Y-PSZ disc with a five-layer chroma gradient. Shade deepens as you move down the blank, from a lighter incisal zone into a fuller cervical zone.
Here is the part that matters and that most product pages skip. The gradient is color only color. Strength holds at 1000 MPa, and translucency holds at 47% through every layer. You are not trading away strength at the incisal to get the shade transition.
That makes it different from gradient discs built by blending yttria grades. On a 4Y-5Y disc, the translucent layer is also the weaker layer. Here the chemistry is the same from top to bottom, so a thin incisal edge is as strong as the body of the crown.
Most anterior remakes come back for color, not fracture. A built-in gradient takes the technician’s hand out of that equation.
Five-layer chroma gradient from incisal to cervical
1000 MPa flexural strength, constant through the disc
47% translucency, constant through the disc
Pre-shaded in 16 VITA classical shades plus BL1 to BL4
Fine grain structure that mills clean and polishes without glaze if you want
Because the color shift is manufactured in, a three-unit bridge reads one restoration rather than three units someone tried to match by hand.

These TT One multilayer zirconia discs run in open-architecture CAD/CAM systems and accept both conventional and speed sintering programs. Use Upcera’s published TT One cycle rather than a profile you set for a 5Y disc, which fires lower and will leave a 4Y blank underdone.
Labs use TT One Multilayer Zirconia for restorations across the whole arch, which is the material's purpose. One disc covers cosmetic cases and molars.
Anterior crowns and veneer-thickness units
Posterior crowns and full-contour molars
Two- and three-unit bridges in either arch
Implant-supported single crowns
Multi-unit cases that need consistent shade across the span
For long-span posterior bridges and full-arch hybrids, use Upcera Explore Functional (1027–1300 MPa). For a single flat shade without a gradient, choose TT One Pre-Shaded, the same 4Y chemistry.

Same material, different shade structure. Pre-Shaded carries one flat shade through the entire blank. Multilayer builds a five-step chroma gradient. Both are 4Y-PSZ at 1000 MPa and 47% translucency, so the choice comes down to color, not strength.
Yes. Unlike pre-shaded, this disc has a top and a bottom. Nest units with the lighter layer at the incisal. Upside down, you get a dark edge and a pale cervical, and you will only see it after sintering.
No, and that is worth knowing if you are comparing against 4Y-5Y gradient discs. Those shift yttria content between layers, which costs strength where translucency is highest. TT One Multilayer keeps one chemistry throughout and varies pigment only.
Often, yes. The gradient does the work a technician would otherwise do by hand. Most labs glaze and ship, adding light characterization only on high visibility anterior.
For frameworks, connector design matters more than the disc. At 1000 MPa, it handles short spans comfortably, but for all-on-four and long-span hybrids, Explore Functional is the stronger option.
