10 mm
The 10 mm disc is the most economical choice for single units and short bridges. It has the lowest cost per blank and nests efficiently when most of your cases are crowns.
UPCERA’S TT-ONE zirconia is one of the world’s most popular systems. TT-One Pre-Shaded zirconia is infinitely versatile to fit your needs.

TT One Pre-Shaded Zirconia is Upcera’s 4Y-PSZ disc, shaded throughout. There is no gradient and no layering. Whatever shade you order that shade runs top to bottom, edge to edge.
Flexural strength sits at 1000 MPa. Translucency holds at 47% throughout the blank. The recommended sintering temperature is 1480 degrees Celsius.
Uniform shading makes nesting easier. With a layered disc, each unit has to be lined up with the gradient, which wastes material. Here, you can rotate and tilt units however you like and pack them closely, while the shade stays consistent. On a busy mill, that can mean getting nine crowns from a disc instead of six.
Labs run TT One Pre-Shaded for one reason: it removes decisions. No dipping, no drying, no orientation check before you hit send.
1000 MPa flexural strength, enough for anterior and posterior
47% translucency, which reads natural without going glassy
Shade is identical at every point in the disc
Pre-shaded in 16 VITA classical shades plus BL1 to BL4
Fine grain structure that mills clean and polishes well
4Y-PSZ sits in the middle of the range on purpose. You give up some of the raw strength of a 3Y disc and some of the light transmission of a 5Y, but you get one material that handles almost everything that comes through the door.

These TT One pre-shaded zirconia discs run in open-architecture CAD/CAM systems and handle both conventional and speed sintering programs. Keep the 1480-degree recommendation: under firing a 4Y disc leaves it chalky; overfiring increases grain growth and shifts the shade.
Most labs stock TT One pre-shaded zirconia for bridges and single crowns; 1000 MPa covers both, eliminating the need for a second disc.
Single crowns, anterior and posterior
Two- and three-unit bridges in either arch
Implant-supported single crowns
Monolithic full-contour restorations
Cutbacks for layering porcelain over a shaded core
For long-span posterior bridges and full-arch hybrids, choose Upcera Explore Functional (1027–1300 MPa). For a natural shade transition in the smile zone, TT One Multilayer offers the same 4Y chemistry with a built-in gradient.

No, this is the most common TT One mix-up: Pre-Shaded has a uniform shade, while TT One Multilayer has a chroma gradient. Both use 4Y-PSZ and reach 1000 MPa; the difference is their shade structure.
No, and that is the main practical advantage. Rotate units in any way the software fits them. Nothing about the shade changes. Layered discs do not give you that freedom.
Upcera recommends 1480°C and supports speed cycles. Follow its published furnace program, not a 5Y disc cycle, which fires 30°C lower.
For two- and three-unit spans, yes. Beyond that, the connector cross-section starts doing more work than the material and Explore Functional at 1027 to 1300 MPa is the safer call.
Glazing, yes. Staining is optional. The base shade is accurate enough to ship on straightforward cases, though most technicians add light incisal characterization on anterior.
