RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returning Goods:
If you experience Buyer's remorse, you can return your purchased items within 7 days of purchase for a STORE CREDIT. However, prior authorization (mandatory RMA #) by Zirconia Guys DBA Alvy Dental Co. or the manufacturer is required. Packages returned without a prior intimation or RMA form will be disposed of directly for security reasons. All returned goods must be UN-OPENED/FACTORY SEALED/SELLABLE AS NEW and received in our warehouse within 7 days of the date the return request was placed. You can initiate the RETURN PROCESS on your Customer Account on our website www.zirconiguys.com or email us at info@zincroniaguys.com / info@alvydental.com, and our team shall get back to you with all the process details. Once you have finished with the CANCELLATION REQUEST, an EMAIL with RMA# will be sent to your email inbox. All returns must be sent directly to the specified address provided in the instruction mail.

The product should be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging/condition, and must contain the product manual, all accessories, and documentation for refund, replacement, or credit (Invoice/Proforma). Opened packages are subject to a 10% re-packaging fee in all cases. Additional charges may be assessed according to usage, accessories, manuals, and Tech control for electric devices returned with signs of damage and/or any missing parts.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise in conformity, the purchase price will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are FREE to the customer when it is a Shipping Error, wrong item, broken on shipping/courier, or unequivocally warranty. All these cases are paid for by the customer. If a return label is required at the administration, the cost will be deducted from the final refund. Some manufacturers charge a 10% re-stocking fee might be charged by manufacturers due to Health code restocking expenses as control, and repacking Tests required to sell the product again as new. This amount will depend on the manufacturer's policy. Products must be received within 7 days of RMA issuance.

For orders placed with the FREE SHIPPING OPTION (ITEM PRICE + SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED IN FINAL PRICE), a refund will be done only on the ITEM PRICE EXCLUDING INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS, PLUS OTHER FEES THAT MAY APPLY.

REFUNDS:
Zirconia Guys DBA Alvy Dental Co. Guys charges a 7.5% administration fee for returns unless an equivalent purchase is made from the same manufacturer or vendor. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized for your original order, without any exceptions. Please note that NO refunds will be processed after 90 days from the date of payment. However, after 90 days, only store credit will be provided.

Special Orders and Exceptions:
The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable: Custom-ordered equipment, Opened consumables like Gloves for security reasons, Products that go inside the mouth once opened (implants - abutments - surgical instruments - endo files for example), Special order items (as & not limited to Replacement parts), Personalized and/or imprinted items, Controlled drugs & PPE (masks gloves etc), Hazardous items: not returnable, Expired products, Non-resalable items once broken the seal, REFURBISHED & OPEN BOXES are NOT RETURNABLE and sold under "AS IS " conditions.

For cancellations of items with an ETA longer than 20 days, you have a 7-day free cancellation window since the order is placed. After that, a 20% manufacturer's cancellations/returns fee will be applied in all cases.

CANCELLING an ORDER or an ORDER LINE:
A 100% Refund will be provided within 2-3 days for all orders CANCELED before order shipment from Zirconia Guys DBA Alvy Dental Co. Guys warehouse, except orders that include SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS from manufacturers, Items not eligible for Returns (like customized items with your name or specially ordered for you). You can cancel your remaining order at any time. However, some items are not eligible for cancellation after a certain hour of confirming your order (Drop shipped special parts). We will try anyway but sometimes Vendors ship fast or they charge a fee. We will always find a solution for you if you don't want to receive the ordered products.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that once the products leave the Zirconia Guys DBA Alvy Dental Co. Guys officers, the customer/buyer has ownership of them. Therefore, it is the buyer's responsibility to handle the importation process, regulations, taxes, and permits. If any products are returned, destroyed, seized, or unpaid taxes are incurred, it is not Zirconia Guys DBA Alvy Dental Co. Guy's responsibility to refund or cover the costs of these incidents. They also cannot be claimed as lost by the courier.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Please note that courier insurance will not cover any products that are damaged during shipping. If your products are damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to make a claim through the courier. To do so, you can either reject the package to the courier or set an exemption at the moment of receiving (with the driver at the moment of signing) to be able to claim the insurance. If you take more than 6 hours to let us know about the broken product inside the box, the claim becomes very difficult. In such cases, we do not make any warranties.

INSURANCE:
Please note that all orders are shipped from our facility fully insured for 100% of their value. On some occasions, we may be able to send an immediate replacement while we claim the insurance. However, there may be times when this is not possible. Rest assured that Zirconia Guys DBA Alvy Dental Co. Guys will fight and partner with our customers in all claims to the insurance company, honouring our commitment to a high level of customer service.

STARTING A RETURN:
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your online account and search for your order number.
2. Select the item you wish to return.
3. Check on the right side to see if the "CANCEL THIS ITEM" button is available. If it is not available, it is because the item was never eligible for returns or it has been over 30 days since it was invoiced to you.
4. If the "CANCEL THIS ITEM" button is available, fill out the form, and a customer service manager will contact you.

Please note that returned items must arrive at our warehouse 7-10 days after soliciting the RMA# and the request is cancelled.
